Gender as a social construct is inevitable in the relations of individuals and institutions. Gender and social sciences group, while accepting the principle of gender, seeks to study women\u2019s issues from the perspective of sociology and social sciences, in terms of modern social developments in the framework of religious teachings. The production of theoretical foundations and literature along with the application of scientific literature in the field of women at the family and community level can be expressed as the process of activity of this group.<\/p>

Considering the social developments, one of the most important concerns of a modern Muslim individual is the application of Islamic teachings in the form of rules in his\/her individual and social life. Women\u2019s issues are one of the important topics in the teachings of different religions. The Gender, Jurisprudence and Law group seeks to study the social needs of women alongside emerging issues, through the lens of religion and jurisprudential views. This ultimately leads to the presentation of a legal definition, and to providing a legitimate solution within the framework of religion to different women issues.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Issues and discussions in human studies are based on their own philosophical foundations. Crossing over these foundations does not mean that they do not exist. Islamic Women and Family Studies\n<\/a><\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This group seeks to study the issues of women and family from the perspective of verses, hadiths and the history of Islam. Researchers in the Islamic Studies Group on Women and Family, while concerned about the position of women in the context of social change, are trying to explain and present an efficient female role model based on the great women of the Abrahamic religions, with a scientific and up-to-date literature.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
